Abstract
In today’s dynamic world, communication is becoming a key tool for social interaction, professional development, and personal fulfillment. The presented scientific article is devoted to a comprehensive study of the psycholinguistic mechanisms of emotional intelligence (EI) influence on the peculiarities of speech behavior and communicative effectiveness. The relevance of the study is stipulated by the need for a deeper understanding of the relationship between emotional intelligence, speech strategies, and the quality of interpersonal communication. The scientific research is based on theoretical analysis and generalization of modern psycholinguistic studies that reveal the multifaceted impact of emotional intelligence on communication processes. The article systematically examines the key aspects of the interaction between emotional intelligence and speech behavior: from the adaptability of speech to the formation of empathic communication strategies. The study demonstrates that individuals with a high level of emotional intelligence have a unique ability to adapt their language flexibly, accurately recognize the emotional states of their interlocutors, and communicate effectively in verbal and non-verbal ways. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the impact of AI on the development of empathy, which is manifested in the ability not only to perceive but also to deeply understand the emotional context of communication. The results of the study confirm the crucial role of emotional intelligence in the formation of communication competence, especially in educational and professional environments. Scientists emphasize the need to introduce special EI development programs that will help increase the effectiveness of interpersonal interaction, reduce conflict, and create a favorable communication space. Further research prospects include studying the impact of EI on non-verbal aspects of communication, cultural peculiarities of communication behavior, and the potential of digital technologies in the development of emotionally intelligent communication.
